INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter (softened)
½ cup sugar (white)
¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 eggs (beaten)
2 ½ cups flour (all purpose)
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped)
1 cup white chocolate (coarsely chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°.
In a big ol’ bowl, mix together your butter, white and brown sugars, eggs, and vanilla until nice and creamy.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the butter mixture until blended.
Lastly, mix in the nuts and the white chocolate.
Grease yourself a cookie sheet.
Then, drop a heaping teaspoonful of the dough onto the cookie sheet, making sure each teaspoonful is at least about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
When they’re done, I always remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with another batch until done. YUMMY!
