CarrotCake

Wendy Dale Young (and, yes, she’s the daughter of Alan Young of the “Mr. Ed” show) was a producer on my musical cookin’ show, “Cookin’ With A Right Smart Of Love.” One night after the show, she invited me over to her house for coffee and dessert so we could discuss some things regarding the show. Well, honey, I took one bite of her Wendy Dale’s Florida Carrot Cake, and went home and threw my own recipe out the window!! You won’t believe how moist and delicious this cake is! AND, it’s the perfect Easter dessert to serve your family and special dinner guests! Have a Happy Easter! (P.S.- I have no idea why she calls it "Florida Carrot Cake." I'll have to ask her the next time I see her!)
