Come home and put your stuff down.
Pour yourself a big – and I mean big – glass of wine because you deserve it. Dadgum, you work hard!
Take a deep-dish pie shell out of the freezer and place it on a cookie sheet on top of the stove.
Turn your oven on (350°F).
Keep drinkin’ that wine to unwind.
Open the ice-box, I mean refrigerator, and grab your ingredients, which are staples I usually have.
Follow the easy directions below.
Oh, and while the stuff’s in the oven take off them shoes and get comfortable.

Spinach & Bacon Quiche

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup half-and-half
3 eggs (beaten)
2 slices Swiss cheese
½ cup chopped fresh spinach
½ cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 cup sliced ham (chopped)
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 deep-dish pie shell
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° F
Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, half-and-half, and eggs in a bowl.
Place Swiss cheese flat in the pie crust. Arrange fresh spinach over Swiss cheese, then sprinkle mushrooms.
Pour the flour and egg mixture over mushrooms.
Top with ham and then with Cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven 45 to 50 minutes, until top is a nice golden brown.
Pour another glass of wine and enjoy your quiche dinner!
