INGREDIENTS

6 one-half pint mason jars

11/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10-12 graham crackers crushed)

1 teaspoon sugar

6 tablespoons butter (melted)

8 ounce cream cheese (softened)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can cherry pie filling (or blueberry filling)/see NOTE below*

INSTRUCTIONS

  2. First off, git yourself a little pot and melt the butter over a medium heat on your stove.

  3. While the butter’s melting, throw your 10-12 graham crackers into a quart ziplock bag. Close the top and crush the graham crackers with a rolling pin (or use a food processor).

  4. Pour the crushed graham cracker crumbs into a bowl.

  5. Add the sugar and blend well.

  6. Then, add the melted butter and mix together.

  7. Spoon out the graham cracker mixture and evenly distribute into the bottom of each Mason jar. Then, gently pack it down.

  8. In another bowl, mix together (with a hand mixer or a whisk) the cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla until completely blended and creamy.

  9. Pour or spoon the cream cheese mixture over the prepared graham cracker crusts. Leave about 2 inches from the top of each jar so you can top with the cherry pie filling or blueberry filling.

  10. Top each little jar of cheesecake with the fruit pie filling. Screw the lid on each jar and refrigerate for 2 hours.
